How to use Active Directory Self-Service Password (ADSSP)?

Password Change Process:

Open the website from your machine http://password.kfupm.edu.sa

 

  • Password Change Process : -
  • Log- in with your KFUPM Username & Password.

 

  • After that you can choose the Second-factor Authentication, either

SMS, Authlogics or Email.

  1. When you choose to authenticate via SMS:
  • Scroll down and choose your phone number.

  • Enter the verification code that you receive via SMS.

 

  • You are logged in successfully.

 

      2. When you choose to authenticate via Authlogics:

  • Enter your PINpass or PINgrid that appears via Authlogics app.

Note: if you don’t have Authlogics and want to know how to use it, please follow " Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) – User Guide "

  • You are logged in successfully.

 

       3. When you choose to authenticate via Email:

  • Scroll down and choose your email address.

  • Enter the verification code that you receive via Email.

  • You are logged in successfully.

 

  • Click on “Change Password” tab, enter your old password, and create a new one that fulfils the required conditions, then click on “Change Password” button to successfully change your password

 

 

 

 

 

 

Password Reset Process :

  • Click on forget option, then enter your username to reset your password. 

 

  • After that you have to choose two factors to authenticate your account to reset your password either SMS, Authlogics or Email.

  1. SMS: You have to verify your identity at first via SMS … scroll down and choose your phone number.

  • Enter the verification code that you receive it

    2. Authologics: You have to verify your identity via Authologics app … your PINpass or PINgrid that appeared in                 authologics app.

    3. Email: You have to verify your identity via Email scroll down and choose your email address.

  • Enter the verification code that you receive it.

  • You can reset your password here, then click on “Reset Button” to successfully reset your password. After that, login using your new password.
