Business Intelligence (BI) Services

To access the report from the KFUPM network, kindly follow the steps outlined below: 

  1. Visit the URL: https://portal.kfupm.edu.sa and log in using your email and password.
  2. Locate the Business Intelligence (BI) icon under the "My Applications" section and click on it.
  3. Once inside, navigate to the "Team Content" tab situated on the left-hand side of the screen.
  4. From there, proceed to the following path: Business Intelligence -> desired folder and report

 Alternatively, if you are accessing the report via VPN, please follow these steps: 

  1. Access the URL: https://vpn.kfupm.edu.sa and log in using your credentials.
  2. Look for the Cognos Analytics icon and click on it. You will be prompted to provide your email and password for authentication. Enter the same portal credentials.
  3. Once logged in, click on the "Team Content" tab located on the left-hand side of the screen.
  4. Within the "Team Content" section, navigate to the path: Business Intelligence -> desired folder and report

 By following these steps, you will be able to access the desired report from both the KFUPM network and via VPN.

To access the reports from the KFUPM network, kindly follow the steps outlined below: 

  1. Visit the URL: https://portal.kfupm.edu.sa and log in using your email and password.
  2. Click on ACADEMICS in the left pane and click on Student Feedback on Teaching (Student Survey Reports) icon under the Academic Apps section to access the reports.
  3. When you click on the icon you may be prompted to login with your credential again. Use the same portal login credentials to proceed. Once logged in, it will take you to report catalog page where you can find all the reports available for you. 

Alternatively, if you are accessing the reports via VPN, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the URL: https://vpn.kfupm.edu.sa and log in using your credentials. 
  2. Click on Portal under KFUPM Resources and login again.
  3. Click on ACADEMICS in the left pane and click on Student Feedback on Teaching (Student Survey Reports) icon under the Academic Apps section to access the reports.
  4. When you click on the icon you may be prompted to login with your credential again. Use the same portal login credentials to proceed. Once logged in, it will take you to report catalog page where you can find all the reports available for you. 

By following these steps, you will be able to access the desired reports from both the KFUPM network and via VPN.

To access the Purchase Tracker report from the KFUPM network, kindly follow the steps outlined below: 

  1. Visit the URL: https://portal.kfupm.edu.sa and log in using your email and password.
  2. Under My Applications click on Purchase Tracker icon.
  3. When you click on the icon you may be prompted to login with your credential again. Use the same portal login credentials to proceed. Once logged in, it will take you to the report page.

Alternatively, if you are accessing the report via VPN, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the URL: https://vpn.kfupm.edu.sa and log in using your credentials.
  2. Click on Portal and follow the steps 1 to 3 mentioned above.
