Units

The IT Service Delivery Department has three units:

  • Service Desk Unit

    Providing technical support and assistance, resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, Ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance.

  • Exams Auto-Correction

    Providing Exams auto Correction to the faculty.

  • Supply Chain Unit (SCU)

    Provision proper cut edge IT-Hardware technology with adequate Software for Academic programs and Administration requirements as well as Smart Applications HW requirement which satisfying end users (Faculty, Student, and staff) need in professional SCM process.
